1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RediForAI (“the Service”), operated by Success for Life, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RediForAI is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI visibility audits for websites. The Service analyzes publicly available website content and generates reports with scores, insights, and recommendations. Reports are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Submit websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
• Resell access to the Service without our written consent
• Misrepresent AI-generated reports as your own original analysis without disclosing the use of automated tools

6. White-Label Use

Paid plans allow you to apply your agency’s branding to exported reports. You retain responsibility for the accuracy of any customized content you add (e.g., intro/outro text, logos). White-label reports remain subject to these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Success for Life, LLC. You retain ownership of any data you submit (client information, website URLs). We retain ownership of generated report structures and scoring methodologies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that audit results will be accurate, complete, or lead to specific business outcomes. AI-generated insights are advisory only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Success for Life, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
